Terms and Conditions

TRI-ARTS LLC — TERMS & CONDITIONS


Effective Date: April 1, 2025


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Tri-Arts LLC (“Tri-Arts”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.


1. SERVICES


Tri-Arts provides custom screen printing, embroidery, and related apparel services. All orders are subject to approval, availability, and production scheduling.


2. QUOTES AND ORDERS


- Quotes are estimates based on provided information and may change if project details change.

- Orders are confirmed once approved and payment terms are met.

- Production timelines are estimates and may vary.


3. PAYMENTS


- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order.

- Orders may require deposits or full payment prior to production.

- Late payments may delay production or delivery.


4. PRODUCTION AND VARIATION


Due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery:

- Slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur

- These variations are considered normal and not defects


5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


Customers are responsible for:

- Approving artwork, proofs, and order details

- Providing accurate information

- Reviewing all specifications before production begins


6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Because products are custom-made:

- All sales are generally final

- Errors caused by Tri-Arts will be corrected at our discretion

- Claims must be reported promptly upon receipt


7. SMS TERMS OF SERVICE


By opting in to receive SMS communications from Tri-Arts, you agree to receive messages that may include:

- Customer care responses

- Order updates and notifications

- Delivery notifications

- Marketing and promotional messages


Message frequency may vary.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Tri-Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted. Tri-Arts is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.


10. CHANGES TO TERMS


We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
